The Safari ride was about an hour long, so Dave and I took a lot of pictures. In Part 1 I posted the pictures from the beginning of our ride and this post contains the rest of the pictures from our safari adventure. There is not much to say about the ride. I am sure, that most of the animals are well known to everyone. The main actions that happened there were driving slowly through the park, feeding the animals and having FUN! Here is a beautiful Eland Antelope in the picture below.
Up ahead of us was the White-Bearded Wildebeests section.
The White-Bearded Wildebeest is a very unusual animal. I’ve never seen one before.
The Eland antelope (Taurotragus oryx), is a savannah and plains antelope found in East and Southern Africa. The Eland Antelope is in the first picture as well.
A Blackbuck antelope. So beautiful!
A baby Blackbuck antelope.
I think this is a Blackbuck female antelope.
A Cute baby antelope.
The Arabian oryx (Oryx leucoryx) or white oryx is a medium-sized antelope with a distinct shoulder bump, long, straight horns, and a tufted tail.
A buck – Fallow deer.
Two bucks. They worth more. 🙂
Rocky Mountain Elks.
I don’t know what they are, but the are adorable!
Ostriches again.
We saw some rhinos.
Some bisons were lounging on a hill.
Huge elk came to the car window looking for food.
Emu birds were there too.
The dromedary also known as an Arabian or Indian camel is a large camel with one hump on its back.
A cute little deer.
We could see the giraffe station from the road, so we are close to the exit.
And of course, llamas were waiting for us. 🙂
Where do you think you’re going? The llama just blocked our way to the exit.
OK, we will feed you. There is a little food left for you. 🙂
