After the Through My Eyes tour, Dave and I walked to the part of the estate with the outbuildings. Most of them are not located far from the mansion.

Here are just a few pictures of the Mt Vernon Visitors Center. This is new spacious and absolutely beautiful center. I like this interactive “Plan Your Visit” map on the wall. The map is really helpful for first time visitors.
